NAVI MUMBAI: The renowned writer and orator Mr. Ketan Bhagat has stressed the need of self realization and evaluation that are needed for the revolution. He was conducting a workshop at ‘Shikhar 2014’, the annual management fest of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies and Research.    

In his workshop, he motivated the youth to come forward and contribute to the nation building. He said that youth are having enormous energy, potential and ambitions. It is the duty of their gurus and mentors to identify their core competency and sharpen them so that they have an appealing personality and self contentment.

Ketan has elaborated his thought by comparing the different characters of a jungle lion and a circus lion. Jungle lions are independent, creative and enjoy his fullest of potential while a circus lion only follows his ring master and his domain is fixed. He stressed that the need is to force not to follow, always.

He stressed that the soul is the ultimate guiding source of stimulus to supply energy for practicing creativity. All men are full of potential. The need is to give it a direction. This idea he has expressed and narrated in his book “Complete Convenient”.

Ketan has also given complimentary copies of his recent book “Complete Convenient” on the floor of “Shikhar 2014”. The entire audience enjoyed and praised Ketan for his remarkable concept of rejuvenation.   

The highlights of the program were Ketan’s smart sense of humor and lively demeanour which enlightened the audience and his emphasis on self realization that administers the life transformation.
